District Six
District Six covers the West and Far West sides of Columbus, stretching from the West Broad Street corridor out toward Prairie Township, Galloway, and the Columbus border with Grove City. The district has the highest percentage of family households among the nine districts and a significant Hispanic population.
Columbus City Council District 6 is represented by Council Member Melissa Green, first elected in 2023. Under the current system, every Columbus voter helps elect all nine district seats.
