District Three
Columbus City Council Residential District Three is roughly bounded by Upper Arlington to the west, King Avenue to the south, Route 23 to the east, and Worthington to the north. Among all the districts, District Three most closely resembles the income and poverty levels of the city at large.
The area is home to many historic neighborhoods, including Clintonville, which features charming homes, tree-lined streets, and abundant parks and green spaces. The area is possibly best known for being home to The Ohio State University, one of the largest universities in the country. From trendy boutiques and restaurants to local farmers’ markets and community festivals, there is always something to do and see on Columbus, Ohio’s north side.
